Lab Capabilities:

A fully equipped 24/7 lab, which is comparable with the best labs in the world- a fact that is backed by the FAPAS rankings from the Central Science Labs U.K. The quality of our lab is further augmented by recognition of our achievements in Salmonella testing proficiency.

A gas chromatograph and a spectrophotometer help us in our commitment towards quality. Our lab is the first private lab that is certified by the Indian Government for in-house certification of the spices.

Production Capabilities:

Our production capacity of 20,000 MT is spread across three plants located in and around Cochin.

Sterilisation: We are equipped with a state of the art steam sterilizer with a capacity of 1 Mt per hour.

We also have two ETO sterilisation units inhouse. Irradiation can also be arranged on request, thus giving you all the options available in sterilisation of spices.
