Processing Capabilities

VKL manufacturing units are HACCP certified by the prestigious American Institute of Baking, Kansas, USA. The ISO quality systems and traceablity systems are as per guidelines of TUV Suddeutschland, and VKL is moving towards BRC certification in Jan 2005.

·	All manufacturing units have magnets and metal detectors in processing lines to offer a hazard free product.
·	VKL has in house ETO (Ethylene oxide) as well as natural steam sterilization systems in place.
·	VKL operates India's largest contract cultivation program in spices, to deliver spice products that are guaranteed to be pesticide residue free and guaranteed and aflatoxin free.
