The incumbent will play a key role in ideation, product development & application testing.

Besides a formal professional qualification and sufficient relevant experience (we desire 7+ years), he would be having high culinary skills in different cuisines, including Indian, Chinese, Mediterranean and European etc. An in-depth understanding of spices, herbs & other ingredients in creation of authentic cuisines is essential but, more importantly, he should have a passion to experiment and to create.

ASSTT. MANAGER-MARKETING (Private Label Sales)

The incumbent will be a live wire MBA, 27-30 years of age, with a proven track record in hardcore sales to supermarkets/institutions. He will be responsible for Private Label sales to range of spices & seasonings to supermarkets & Food Service Companies in India & abroad, reporting to the Sr.Manager Marketing.

This is a new segment that VKL has forayed into and the accent will be on aggressively enhancing & servicing the business.

ASSTT. MANAGER-MARKETING (Industrial Sales)

The incumbent will be around 27-30 year's of age, with formal management qualifications and a proven sales track record, preferably in the food industry. He will be responsible for sales to VKL's existing and new customers comprising of snack food, food processing, frozen food, ready-to-eat and fast food chains/companies. The accent will be on rapidly expanding the market share against intense competition and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. He will report to the Sr.Manager-Marketing.

Additional vacancy also exists for an Asst.Manager- Marketing for strengthening the overseas sales of VKL in some of the major markets. The incumbent will be based at the Spices Marketing office at Kochi.

ASSISTANT MANAGER - PERSONNEL & ADMIN

Incumbent aged between 26 to 34 yrs will be responsible for Plant HR & IR actvities including recruitment, statutory affairs, other labour rules etc. Ideal candidate should be an MBA in HR with 3 to 5 years experience with a manufacturing industry. High levels of initiative and communication skills are must.

OFFICER - COMMERCIAL

Graduates with 2-3 years of experience in commodity purchase /commerce/sales, with good communication skills and computer knowledge.

For all the above positions exposure to a computerised environment preferably an ERP platform is a must. Compensation offered for all the positions will match the best in the industry.
