The division partners with food companies in developing seasonings for their product offerings. We have an experienced product development team credited with assisting some of the best known names in the Fast Food and Snack Food industries in launching very successful new products in the market. We believe in creating a value-laden relationship with our customers, helping their business finds new avenues and growth.

The New Product Research & Development Team's efforts have resulted in the creation of more than 750 new seasonings.

The Recipe Bank at VKL Spices and Seasonings today has more than 1500 recipes.

Custom Blending
The division can offer both dry blends as well as wet blends made to a recipe or can re-formulate blends based on target samples from customers. Our Sensory Panel plays an important role in evaluating the samples. The test sample is evaluated against various parameters such - Taste, Aroma, Texture and Mouth Feel.

Sachet Packs/Portion Packs for Fast Food Chains and Restaurants
We are capable of delivering portion packs from 0.5 grams and upwards. Apart from this our seasonings can also be delivered in varying food service sizes also.
